For this project, our client had almost 9m of unused space to the side of their existing property. This demonstrates just how much space you can gain by simply filling in your side return - and the end result is fantastic.

The homeowner wanted to move their dining space to the rear of the property, to allow them to extend their living area in the front. They also wanted to add a utility space to house their washing machine and dryer. They wanted a downstairs WC, so we managed to squeeze in a generously sized WC inbetween the utility space and new U-shaped kitchen.

The three large Velux windows and large bi-fold doors ensure that the new space isn't short of light. The exposed brick wall adds a rustic, warm feature to the overall look of the room.

Exposed Brick Wall

Exposed brick walls are a brilliant design feature for your new extension or conversion. There are several finish options to an exposed brick wall, such as stained, grey or whitewashed.

Kitchen Pendant Lighting

Pendant lights hang from a ceiling via cords, chains or poles. They are essential to a well-layered lighting plan. Not only do they channel task lighting where it's needed, but they also offer a prime opportunity to put a decorative flourish on a space.
